Always my favourite time of year Halloween. I tend to repeat the same craft activities just because I think they are perfect for the kids this age. I start by making Pumpkin lanterns by finding old glass jars then having the kids cover then in glue, then orange crate paper. When this dries they can use black crate paper to make the face. These lanterns once you add a candle are great to use at night to give you a spooky night light. Then we made some bats using toilet rolls painted black adding wings and the face. These are fun and easy then can be hung up around the house. The kids finish off with a witches/wizard hat. They cut out the form then I staple it together and they decorate cutting out stars moons and adding glitters.
